West Ham 3-1 United: 3 Matters Arising As West Ham Hammered United.

While tying to recover from the Derby County blow, United received a West Ham 'Hammer' in the early kickoff of match day 7. Rashford and Lindelof were on the score sheet but both were not for United as Lindelof netted for the opposition. Here are 3 matters arising from this loss: 1. FEAR FACTOR TOTALLY GONE Similar to the Derby clash, West Ham approached the game with a fearless attitude, what we call in Naija language "Nothing de happen". Teams no longer fear Manchester United. West Ham who have won only one game this season made United look like Bendel Insurance of the Naija Premier league. 2. NO STYLE, NO PLAN, NO FIRST XI. Watching United in recent times including today, one thing is crystal clear; there is no unique style of play, there is no plan on how to score when United is attacking and José does not know his best XI or formation. It appears the tactics is " Just try, just do your best, God will be with you". 3. UNBELIEVABLE

United 2-2 Derby (7-8 Pen): 6 Matters Arising As United Crashed Out Of Carabao Cup.

Derby County led by José Mourinho's former boy Frank Lampard, showed United the way out of the Carabao cup, despite the initial 'gra-gra' with a 3rd minute goal. Here are 6 matters arising from this clash: 1. UNITED vs 'DERBY-MADRID' Last night, United  made Derby County look like 'Derby-Madrid'. They made United chase the ball throughout so much that it looked like they were using the team to play the Naija game 'Ludo'!!. In the 2nd half, it seems Lampard sent his goalkeeper to buy him 'gala' and when he returned in the 75th minute, United had still not had a goal attempt. 2. ONE STEP FORWARD, TWO STEPS BACKWARD. Following United's improved displays in the last 3 away matches, fans had become hopeful that the play had improved and better days were ahead. Against Derby however, it was awful as United went back to the old boring, plan-less and direction-less play. The play could be simply described in Naija style as

Young Boys 0-3 United: 5 Things We Learnt as United Spelt 'B-O-Y'.

Manchester United kicked off the UEFA champions league with a clash with Swiss champions Young Boys. As 'young boys', they showed initial 'gra-gra' but were quelled by 3 goals from the French boys Pogba and Martial. Here are 5 things #ManUtdNaijaFM learnt from this clash: 1. A 'POGBA LATE NIGHT SHOW ' United's 'Swaggerlicious' midfielder Paul 'Ikenna' Pogba, converted the champions league opener to a personal show. Having scored United's 1st EPL goal of the season, he also scored United's 1st champions league goal of the season last night. He then added 'Palm wine to the bush meat' with a second goal and an assist for Martial. 2. MARTIAL AT LAST Dazzling french forward Anthony 'Ikechukwu' Martial finally got his 1st goal since January. Playing in place of Alexis, he started off very poorly with his lack of confidence very obvious. As the game went on in the 2nd half, he grew into the game and gave

WATFORD 1-2 UNITED: 5 Things We Learnt From The Victory at Vicarage Road

With Watford flying high this season with 4 wins out of 4, Manchester United paid them a visit and succeeded in pressing 'Pause' in their flight. 2 goals from Lukaku and Smalling was enough to do the damage. Here are 5 things ManUtdNaijaFM learnt from the victory at Vicarage road. 1 . LIKE ZLATAN, LIKE SMALLING United's 'shaky-shaky daddy', Chris 'Okonta' Smalling, scored United's second goal of the day in a Zlantan-stic style. It was a beautiful goal. Maybe, just maybe it was his new 'dada' (dreadlocks) hairstyling that inspired him. If that's it, we pray that no 'Delilah' will cut it.....More of that Smalling. 2. ROMELU 'TIMAYA' LUKAKU DESERVES KUDOS Hate him or love him, United's 'Striker-in-chief' gets the job done. Like every other day, he gave his 100% again, gave Watford's defenders enough 'homework', and scored his 20th EPL goal for United. He has scored goal

Burnley 0-2 United: 5 Things We Learnt as United Burnt Burnley.

With trembling hearts and failing 'liver', Manchester United headed to Turf Moor searching for a positive vibe on match day 4 against Burnley. 2 goals from Romelu Lukaku ensured that United finally had something to smile about. Here are 5 things ManUtdNaijaFM learnt from this clash: 1. LUKE SHAW IS  SURELY SURE United's left full back Luke 'Ajebota' Shaw, is now looking like the bombing left back from Southampton. He's been United's best player this season, despite the team's poor start. His confidence on the ball was amazing and he was a constant 'wahala' for the Burnley defence today. He has earned Mourinho's trust. 2. THE FELLAINI PLAN Seeing 'Oga Fela' in the starting line up today made United fans go wild with anger. As the game went on, it became clear why Jose started him. The defence has been 'shaky-shaky' this season, and so Fellaini was brought in as a false 3rd centre back. Wel
