Burnley 0-2 United: 5 Things We Learnt as United Burnt Burnley.

With trembling hearts and failing 'liver', Manchester United headed to Turf Moor searching for a positive vibe on match day 4 against Burnley. 2 goals from Romelu Lukaku ensured that United finally had something to smile about.

Here are 5 things ManUtdNaijaFM learnt from this clash:

1. LUKE SHAW IS  SURELY SURE

United's left full back Luke 'Ajebota' Shaw, is now looking like the bombing left back from Southampton. He's been United's best player this season, despite the team's poor start.

His confidence on the ball was amazing and he was a constant 'wahala' for the Burnley defence today. He has earned Mourinho's trust.

2. THE FELLAINI PLAN

Seeing 'Oga Fela' in the starting line up today made United fans go wild with anger. As the game went on, it became clear why Jose started him.

The defence has been 'shaky-shaky' this season, and so Fellaini was brought in as a false 3rd centre back. Well, it worked as honestly, he was excellent in his job today.

3. SAME AS AGAINST SPURS.
The game at Burnley today wasn't so different from the game against Tottenham last week, except that this time, the play paid off.

The team attacked well and created numerous chances- 21 shots, with 9 on target and  a missed penalty. With more of this, the points will surely roll in.

4. MATIC NOT YET MATHE-MATIC-AL
Coming from the world cup and injury lay off, Nemanja 'Agu' Matic is yet to hit that jaw-dropping form of last season.

Against Tottenham, he was super rusty. Today, the rust had cleaned off, but he wasn't sharp. We hope that after the break, he will be a midfield 'Razor blade' again.

5. ALEXIS CAN DO MORE.
Alexis 'Balogun' Sanchez has been a shadow of himself since his 'awoof' purchase from Arsenal.  In this period he has broken the EPL record of highest possession losses in a single match.

Today, he was tidy, caused the defence some problems and got an assist. It was a good display, but we want more from the Number 7.

IN THE END, the team delivered on a day when a victory was desperately needed. More importantly, the team held on after Rashford naively sent himself off in the 74th minute.
After a few horrible weeks, something to smile about.
