IBRAHIMOVIC CONQUERS AMERICA WITH DEBUT ZLATAN-STIC GOAL

Zlatan 'Ekwueme' Ibrahimovic landed in the Major League Soccer of America and wasted no time to register his presence. Zlatan made his debut as a second half substitute and scored a goal that can best be described as a Zlatan-stic goal scored in a Zlantan-ical way. In his characteristically humorous post-match interview, he said " I heard the crowd screaming 'We Want Zlatan', 'We want Zlatan', so I gave them Zlatan". At this point, it is fair to say Zlatan the 'talk-na-do'  striker has conquered America!! All the best Ibrahimovic.

A one-year contract extension however  ensured he remained a Red Devil entering into the 2017/2018 season. The injury persisted with its effect on the 36 year old restricting him to 7 cameo appearances this season. He still managed to score one signature 'Zlatan-stic' goal.
