CSKA 1-4 UNITED :FIVE THINGS WE LEARNT AS UNITED SPELT C.S.K.A

Manchester United went on another FOUR-chester rampage again in the capital city of Russia against CSKA Moscow.
It was a thrilling encounter which saw Martial and Lukaku convert the pitch to a Ludo Board.
These are the five (5)Things ManUtdNaijaFM Learnt today :

1. ROMELU "TIMAYA" LUKAKU
The Big Belgian is living the dream. He made it 10 goals for United  after a beautiful attacking display in a 3-4-3 formation vs CSKA Moscow.

He became the 1st United Player in history to score in his 1st two consecutive UEFA Champions league games...."Ajino-moto display"

2. MARTIAL IS BACK.
Anthony "Ikechukwu" Martial is definitely enjoying his football once again. Playing as in inside- forward today, he kept CSKA defenders busy, not just defending, but asking themselves why they chose football as a career.

He gave 3 "Royco" assists and capped it up with his 30th goal in 99 appearances for United, beautifully tucking away the penalty.....a "Royco" display indeed.

3. IT TOOK A "SULE".
Despite the dominant display from United, it seemed very likely that the goal post was going to leak as the defence opened up too many spaces.

The goal could have come earlier, but De Gea as usual, saved some goals he had no business saving.... A "Knoor" display from the Shot stopper.
It took a ball between his legs called "Suleh" in Naija to finally beat hime in injury time.

4. MUST IT BE FOUR??
United put their foot off the gas in the 2nd half after scoring the 4 goals. The chances to make the game a "basketball" scoreline were there but United did not take it.
To add pepper to the wound, the clean sheet was lost in the dying minutes.

5. A BLESSING IN DISGUISE
With Fellaini, Pogba and Carrick all ruled out, a midfield collabo of Matic and Herrera finally saw the light of day. It was a more assured pair, even though Herrera seems to have lost his attacking and creative instincts.

As for Nemanja "Agu" Matic, he is an 'Ogbonge' signing....Will we ever get bored of saying this?

IN THE END, it was good to see United harvest goals  playing against a Russian side (as the Last 5 games with Russian teams only yielded 5 goals in total).

UP NEXT, Crystal Palace..... Stay Tuned to ManUtdNaijaFM.
