UNITED 2-0 LEICESTER. FIVE THINGS WE LEARNT AS UNITED LASHED LEICESTER CITY

The beautiful Saturday evening was iced with another  beautiful win for Manchester United as they escorted their Visitors Leicester city, back home with 2 goals. Here are five things ManUtdNaijaFM learnt.

1.  3 'GBOZA' FOR JOSÉ "UCHENNA" MOURINHO

The match started out in way that brought back memories of last season - Plenty chances, no goals & goalkeeper shinning.
And then with a magical touch, Mou made THREE changes who created the 2 goals: Whiz kid Marcus "Rashidi-Yekini" , followed by a  Lingard assist for an Oga "Fela" goal. THREE GBOZA!!!

2. JONES THE STONE.

Our dear Phil "Osaze" Jones was simply rock solid in the heart of defence today. He made perfect tackles, well timed clearances, and control.

It appears that he bought a  2-in-1 padlock for Mahrez and Vardy on his way to the pitch...... #ManUtdNaijaFM Man of the Match.

3. LUKAKU WORE THE PRESSURE NECKLACE

Our new "Striker-in-Chief" was clearly under the pressure of breaking the record of being the 1st player in United's history to score in his 1st 3 games. He allowed the pressure get to him, and probably was the reason he missed the penalty.

4. NEMANJA "AGU" MATIC IS GETTING BORING

Talking about Matic's Fanta-stic and Cocacola-stic display after every game is getting 'boring'  (in a wonderful way). He was solid again today, helping to constantly alter the shape of the team while maintaining rock solid stability.

5. MARTIAL AND RASHFORD SHOULD NEVER START

The young lads seem to enjoy scoring from the bench. Martial had enjoyed that for the last 2 games, and today, Rashford had his own share of the Super-sub goal.
If it means they will only score as subs, so be it!!

IN THE END, a Hatrick of victories, garnished with a Hatrick of clean sheets, is certainly a fantasy start. It doesn't get better. May this be a sign of better days to come.

UP NEXT, STOKE CITY, after the International break. Stay tuned to #ManUtdNaijaFM.
