MANCHESTER UNITED 2-0 CHELSEA: WHAT WE LEARNT.

Manchester United beat table toppers Chelsea today in a fantastic performance that pleased all United faithfuls all over the world. Here are five(5) things we learnt from today's performance.

1. ANDER 'AKINBODE' HERRERA - THE NEW BABY FACED ASSASSIN.
Wore his heart on his sleeve today as always, claiming
a goal and a 'fantabulous' assist that anyone would be proud of. He was everywhere, destroying the threat of Hazard with his man marking, being a thorn in the flesh of the Chelsea attack, he cleaned everything like he was 'OMO' dealing with stains on white clothes in their adverts. MAN OF THE MATCH!

 2. A JOSE 'UCHENNA' MOURINHO MASTERCLASS
After tasting defeat in the season 1 and 2 of this "clash of the  bad bele titans", Jose 'Uchenna' Mourinho reaffirmed his stance as boss. He set up his team to  keep Antonio Conte away from 'monkey mode', by pressing high from the front, switching off the threat of Hazard by deploying Herrera to act like the popular fly in the 'Naija' adage, that 'follows the corpse to the grave'. Showed he remains the special one!

3. 'OGA FELA' DELIVERS A BALLON D'OR WORTHY PERFORMANCE.
It's now clear to see why Jose Mourinho is so in love with Fellaini. Fellaini started d match as the worst midfielder in terms of overall footballing abilities, even from both sides, but completely dominated the match like 'the owner of the ball in a 'Naija' monkey post match'. He may not be a red in terms of abilities, but he gives his 100% consistently and plays with the heart of a true Manchester United great.

4. MARCUS "RASHIDI-YEKINI" THE CROWNED PRINCE OF MANCHESTER!
What a player. Our very own 'Wizkid' ran the show in attack today, bullying the entire Chelsea back line with his pace, magic feet and even power. He successfully showed the United hierarchy that they made not need to look outward for a heir to 'Igwe' Zlatan Ekwueme's throne, proving that he is football royalty in the making. Great goal to give United the lead. A brilliant performance.

5. BAILLY AND ROJO CONTINUE TO INSPIRE CONFIDENCE.
What a combo. Very reminiscent of Mortal Kombat characters, BRUTALISING the Chelsea forward line and leaving them in a state simply described as FATALITY. A brilliant and hard performance from the duo, putting their necks on the line for the United shirt. They prevented De Gea from making a SINGLE SAVE! Inspiring!

.........IN THE END, A good day to be a United fan. United defeated Chelsea for the first time since Baba Fergie's era in 2012.  All these were done despite the absence of key players in Mata, Mhkhitaryan and Ibrahimovic. A match at last where United converted their total dominance to a win, against the best possible opponent.
UP NEXT, Anderlecht SAME TIME , SAME STATION , ON THURSDAY .
