Tottenham 1-1 United: 5 Things We Learnt As A Draw Settled The Matter.

Manchester United resumed post-lockdown duties with a clash against Tottenham Hotspur at their new stadium. Both teams had to share one point each at the end of 90 minutes.

Here are the five things #ManUtdNaijaFM learnt from the post-lockdown clash:

1. BRUNO 'OLISEH' FERNANDES.
The Portuguese doesnt fail to make the headlines! Bruno picked up from the exact spot he left off before the lockdown.

He was everywhere, passing, tackling and thoroughly bossing the midfield. In 90 minutes, he had 90 touches, created 2 chances and scored a goal. Kudos also to Fred and McTominay for the midfield collabo with him.

2. A LIQUID METAL?
Bergwijn's goal for Tottenham was venomous. He played it like he had a 'beef' with De Gea. The amazing thing was that the shot was straight at De Gea but it somehow passed through his gloves.

As someone in Naija would say, "It  was a vely Danjelous shot".

3. WELCOME POGBA!
Hate him or love him, Paul 'Ikenna' Pogba made a delightful impact on his return to first team action since his ankle injury in December.

He came in and started spraying the passes like someone spraying some 'mint bundles of money' in a Naija wedding.
In less than 15 mins of play, he had 26 touches, one shot on goal and won a penalty to salvage a point.

4. A GOOD 'HEADACHE'
With Pogba back, Ole 'Ugonna' Solskjaer now has Fred, Scot, Matic, Pogba and Bruno to pick from for a midfield trio.

They have all been impressive and deciding who should be our starting midfield trio would be tough. It will be like being asked to choose between 'kpekere' and plantain chips. Anyways, it's a good headache.

5. HARRY 'OKUTA' MAGUIRE
The stone head defender and captain came prepared for his namesake Harry Kane. We don't know where he bought the padlock from,  but it was the original!!

Harry Kane barely trapped a ball or won a header today, thanks to his namesake. Maguire ensured he remained in lockdown!!!!

IN THE END, United did not get the desired 3 points today but a draw away to Tottenham wasnt a bad way to resume the season after 100days of lockdown!!
Kudos to the entire team!!
