Norwich 1-2 United: 5 Things We Learnt As United Knocked Out Norwich.

Manchester United somehow left their 'blender' on their way to Carrow Road and were this forced to use a 'grinding stone' to grind out a slim 2-1 victory to progress to the semi-finals of the FA cup.

Here are 5 things #ManUtdNaijaFM learnt from the 'grinding stone' victory:

1. IGHA-GOAL CARRY GO!
Naija's own Odion Igha-goal was once again the star man of the day. He continued his tradition of scoring in every game he starts with another well taken goal tonight.

He also was very instrumental to the making of the winning goal with a superb flick. We are proud of him and all we can say is "ooin, you are doing well!!".

2. OFF DAY
Our Portuguese magician Bruno 'Oliseh' Fernandes appeared to have been off duty today. He had his usual ginger, but no magic worked today.

Its was as though Norwich came to him to say "Oga, everyday is not Christmas". He probably needs some rest especially after this marathon game.

3. SPOT ON SUBS
Following United's very sluggish start in the first half, Ole's first three subs were spot on decisions. Mata was completely off, Dalot was brilliant going forward, but very poor defensively.

He exposed the defense several times and a goal was imminent from that wing. As for Jesse Lingard, NO COMMENTS!

4. GAME CHANGERS
Special Kudos to Matic, Pogba and Mason Greenwood. These boys were the absolute game changers for United. They ensured that Norwich's plan to disgrace us was "back to sender".

It was clear that Norwich came to do to United what we describe in Naija as "e shock you abi?".

5. CAPTAIN FANTASTIC TO THE RESCUE
With Tim Krul catching everything thrown at him by the strikers and midfielders, our rock head captain, Harry 'Okute' Maguire took it upon himself and made himself a No9.

First he tried with his rock head and when it failed, he used his feet and the ball had no choice but to dance "one-corner" in the net.

IN THE END, it was not an easy one for United. Kudos once again to our own Odion Ighalo who remains United's top scorer in the FA cup with three goals. More 'ororo' to your ankle.
FA cup semi finals here we come!!
