Fulham 0-3 United: 5 Things We Learnt As United Hammered Fulham

It was a wonderful Saturday afternoon for United as yet again under Olè Gunnar Solskjaer, three points were loaded into the Manchester United 'truck', garnished with a clean sheet.

Here are five things ManUtdNaijaFM learnt from the victory at Craven cottage:

1. NO ANTI-VIRUS
United's 'Swaggerlicious' midfielder, Paul 'Ikenna' Pogba, was labelled a 'Virus' by United's former manager. He has continued to show the kind of virus he is- a virus that destroys opponents!

The beautiful thing is, there doesn't seem to be an anti-virus for him as he has now scored 8 goals and 5 assists since Ole took over. His 'bullet' shot today was incredible and left Fulham's keeper speechless.

2. TILL 2024!!
French midfielder and 'tormentor-in-chief' of right backs, Anthony 'Ikechukwu' Martial was at his best today, with an assist and a beautiful solo goal.

The young lad recently signed a five-year deal for United, which means we shall see more of such dazzling runs, and 'show-me-your-number' dribbles  till 2024!!! Martial is back.

3. FULL BACK POSITION: NO VACANCY
Watching Luke 'Ajebota' Shaw and Diogo Dalot today was great. They were fantastic, especially Shaw who was also solid defensively!!

Considering how young they are, the future of the full back position for United is bright. Dalot needs to learn a lot from Asley Young meanwhile, especially defensively, till he is fully ready to take over.

4. MR RELIABLE
Since Solskjaer's takeover, United's midfield warrior, Ander 'Akinbode' Herrera, has been fantastic. Today as usual, he was brilliant.

He was solid, reliable and always available for the pass to convert defence to attack. He should have been subbed off earlier today though, as we need his 100% buzzing energy against PSG.

5. ROMELU 'TIMAYA' LUKAKU
The big Belgian got the nod to start today with Solskjaer eyeing the match against PSG. The former 'Striker-in-chief' has become 2nd choice.

Unfortunately, he has justified his drop. He often struggles and today again, he barely imposed himself on the game. He had no shot on target despite United having 15 goal attempts.

IN THE END, it was a 'sweet palmwine victory' with 3 goals, 3 points,a clean sheet and a leap into top-four!

A few weeks ago, Josè said "It would be a miracle for United to break into the top-four. 6th position would be an achievement".
All we can say is 'Olè! Olè!! Olè!!!
