MARTIAL-LUKAKU 'COLLABO' SET TO BREAK UNITED PREMIER LEAGUE RECORD

Manchester United duo Romelu 'Timaya' Lukaku and Anthony 'Ikechukwu' Martial are now on course to break a Manchester United Premier League record in their next fixture against Crystal Palace.

The attacking pair who have combined sweetly this season like 'akara' and bread kick started United's comeback win against Chelsea at the weekend, with Martial assisting Lukaku's equaliser, after being found with a pin point pass by awoof signing, Alexis 'Balogun' Sanchez.

The assist was Martial's third Premier League assist for Lukaku, with Lukaku also laying on three assists so far for Martial since his move from Everton in the summer. This means the pair have now combined for a total of six League goals in the 2017/18 season so far.

It is the most prolific combination for United this season - and equals the record set for a partnership at United in a single Premier League season....held by 'Ichie' Wazza Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo who reached that total in 2009.

Lukaku and Martial are also the joint best 'collabo' in the Premier League this season, alongside Liverpool's Mo Salah-Firimino pairing and Chelsea's Azpilicueta-Morata pairing(6 goals each). No two players from any club have combined for seven goals so far.

We wish them better days ahead, and bigger 'collabo' hits back to back.
