JESSE 'AWILO' LINGARD NAMED UNITED'S PLAYER OF THE MONTH

Manchester United's Commissioner of Dancing affairs, Jesse 'Awilo' Lingard has scooped United's player of the month award for December, following a sensational month on an individual note. The English attacker beat off competition from the likes of Juan 'Bankole' Mata(2nd place) and Phil 'Osaze' Jones(3rd place) to bag the award.

The 'Skelewu' master grabbed his chance following the dip in form of United's playmaker Henrikh 'Nwokeoma' Mhkitaryan, who was sent for deliverance in bench ministries during the festive month.

The English man duly repaid the faith of the boss by scoring 5goals in 7 appearances over the course of the month. To add 'kpomo' to his 'peppersoup', the Academy product also registered an assist to make it a total of 6 goal contributions in 7 appearances in December.

Our picks of his December moments would have to be his stunning brace to help United seal a 3-1 victory over Arsene 'Mugabe' Wenger's Gunners at the Emirates, and his two FANTA-bulous goals to rescue a United side who were 2 goals down at Old Trafford against Burnley.

We wish him many more similar awards and opportunities to show us his 'Azonto', 'one corner', 'sekem' and even 'Etighi' dance moves and he continues to score goals with reckless abandon.
