TOTTENHAM 2-1 MAN UNITED. WHAT WE LEARNT AS UNITED SEALED HER EPL FATE.

Manchester United and Tottenham sealed their fates today as regards their positions in the EPL. The North london club defeated United in their last game at White Hart lane- a farewell party indeed. Here are five(5) things we learnt today

1. SMALLING IS SIMILAR TO U.B.A, EXCEPT.....
Chris Smalling was handed a spot in the starting XI. His play always brings to mind a  popular bank advert for United Bank of Africa (UBA); He is Big, Strong, but UNRELIABLE!!!! United fans have waited many years hoping he will mature. The young man is determined not to mature, so it may be time to let him go.

2. LINGARD SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE BUS/PLANE
Whatever means of transport United choose to travel to Stockholm for the Europa league final; Bus, airplane or Keke-na-pep, Lingard should not be allowed anywhere close to it. Currently, he offers the team nothing except a pair of running legs.

3. EXHAUSTION
The United team look physically and mentally exhausted. It appears everyone can't wait for the season to end for the holidays. But in another light, all energy may have been diverted from the EPL to the Europa league final which is the right thing to do now . After all,  United's fate is already sealed: The front door to the UEFA champions league is closed !!!!!

4. NO COMMENTS ON WAYNE ROONEY
...

5 . THERE WAS NO OFFENSIVE PLAN
Mourinho set up with a 3-5-2 formation today, with the young Tuanzebe entrusted with the Eriksen-Chewing-Gum role. The plan for goal scoring however appeared to be Long balls into the box. This was painful to watch as Tottenham found it quite easy to defend against.

....IN THE END, the top-four "obituary" was finally confirmed today. Time to follow the popular adage: "Put your money where your mouth is"....Let's put all we have in the a Europa league final and make it a successful season in the end. GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED. ....OLUWA IS INVOLVED.

Opinion poll:
What do you think about Rooney's performance today?
