Manchester United head of the department of goal keeping, David De Gea has yet again been named in the Professional Footballers Association team of the season.
This is the fourth time he's claiming that honour in his 6years at United. He has
also been named Manchester United player of the season for the last three(3) years in a row- Consistency at its peak!
It's always a pleasure to be voted as the best in your position by fellow professionals and it goes to show how much of a dominant figure he's grown up to be between the sticks, despite his struggles in his first season at United. Indeed, the once fragile and "Shakie-Shakie" Spaniard has become an 'Amazing Gea'.
David De Gea is joined in the PFA team of the season by Kyle Walker(Tottenham), David Luiz, Gary Cahill(Chelsea), Danny Rose(Tottenham), Ngolo Kante(Chelsea), Dele Alli(Tottenham), Eden Hazard(Chelsea), Sadio Mane(Liverpool), Harry Kane(Tottenham), and Romelu Lukaku(Everton).
