MANCHESTER UNITED 2-0 WATFORD: FIVE THINGS WE LEARNT

1. Mourinho started with a high pressing 4-2-3-1 formation, with Mikhi slotting into the Trequartista role beautifully well again today.

2. Anthony 'Ikechukwu' Martial needs to rediscover his deadly form fast. With more games like this, United would have begun her own M.M.M scheme: Mata-Mikhi-Martial. Chai!

3. Juan is a special one: the small man with a BIG football brain. His link-up  play was lovely to behold. I even hear 'Tiki-Taka' has been renamed 'Mikhi-Mata'.

4. The most beautiful part of United's game today  was the aggression, the hunger, the passionate play and the constant picking up of the 2nd ball.

5. Herrera has evolved from a smallish sleeky creative midfielder to a midfield warrior, and an excellent ball-winning midfielder. He may become the long lost heir to King Roy Keane's throne!

......Finally, finally, even if it's for only 2 hours, United has stepped out of 6th position.(Wetin???). Let's enjoy it while it lasts.

GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED.
