LUKAKU'S RECORD BREAKING PROBLEM

Throughout the season, Romelu 'Timaya' Lukaku has been subject to high praise, as he has taken his time to answer his bad 'bele' people with goals and goals, from his official debut against Real Madrid to his domineering fight to top the EPL scoring charts.

The big Belgian through his records so far, has matched United's retired 'pensioners' - Louis Saha(first United player to score 6 goals in his first 6 matches), Andy Cole(Only United player to have scored 7 goals in 7 appearances for United)...However there is a cause for worry.

LEICESTER CITY
Prior to the Leicester City game, Lukaku was one goal away from being the first Manchester United player to score in each of his opening three(3) Premier League games for the club.

He failed to take this record home quite woefully, despite being served the opportunity on a tray, alongside palm wine and toothpick, in the form of a penalty. United did however win the game, with goals from Marcus 'Rashidi-Yekini' and 'Oga Fela' sealing a 2-0 win.

LIVERPOOL
A performance United faithful will want to forget in a hurry. Before the clash however, Lukaku was on the brink of becoming the first United player to score eight(8) goals in his first 8 appearances for United.

He did however fluff his lines when presented with a golden opportunity, shooting too close to Mignolet, who has been running a charity at Liverpool's goal post this season, sharing goals for all in need as at when due.

To be fair, Jose 'Uchenna' Mourinho's parking the 'Molue' tactics didn't give room for so many attempts from United, but with such a record to break, he probably should have done better.

To summarise, the only two games he has failed to score this season are the games where he was on the verge of breaking a record. Coincidentally too, both clubs have their names starting with "L".......

Still on still, Kudos to our £75million bargain for his efforts to deliver as our Striker-in-chief thus far. We wish him better days, and more luck in creating outstanding records at United.
